These are the terms for using these consultation pages and for the text messages Schneider Centre for Plastic Surgery sends. Using the pages, sending the form or opting in to texts means you accept them.

Mobile messaging terms

Who sends the messages. Schneider Centre for Plastic Surgery, 12751 S. Cleveland Ave., Suite 102, Fort Myers, FL 33907, phone 239.277.9999.

What you will receive. Messages about your consultation request: replies to your questions, scheduling and confirmation, appointment reminders, follow-up after your visit, and secure links to forms we ask you to complete. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

How you opt in. By checking the consent box on our consultation form, or by saying yes when our team or our automated phone assistant asks you on a call. Consent is not a condition of booking a consultation or of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; your carrier's charges are your responsibility.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message. You will get one final text confirming you are opted out, and nothing more. You can opt back in by checking the box on the form again or by telling us on a call.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or call 239.277.9999 Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Carriers. Messages are sent over the major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy. How we handle your number and your opt-in is in our privacy policy. Your opt-in data is never shared with third parties.

The information on these pages describes procedures in general terms. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation. Whether a procedure is right for you is decided at your consultation.

Results vary from person to person. Before-and-after photographs, where shown, are of real patients who agreed to have them shown; your result will differ.
